What kind of yoga experiences can I list or book on Glomad?
Glomad offers a world of yoga including retreats, workshops, teacher trainings and festivals. We are all about bringing our community together through life changing shared experiences.
Can I ask an experience provider a question?
Yes. Go to the experience page and click the “Contact Yoga Provider” button in the right column and you will be able to send them a private message. If you have already booked your experience you can still use this same method to communicate with your provider.
Do I need to create an account?
When making a booking you will be asked to create an account with a username and password. This is important to access your booking information in the future, as well as send and receive messages.
How can I pay for a booking?
Glomad accepts credit card payment for bookings. To complete a booking a valid credit card is required.
When is my booking confirmed?
As soon as you complete the booking process for an experience you will receive an on-screen confirmation as well as an email with full details of your booking including reference number, date, time and location. If you don’t receive an email please check your email settings to ensure it isn’t sitting in another folder.
Can I see my confirmed booking?
Yes. Just log into your account with your email address and password, then click on the “Bookings” tab in the top navigation for a summary of your experience bookings.
Can I change a confirmed booking?
If you would like make a request to change a booking please send us an email (be sure to check the cancellation policy for your booking first) including full details of your booking with reference number to
What happens if I get an error?
If you get an error message on screen this means there has been a problem with your booking. When this happens please try again. If the problem continues please send an email to

Experience Providers

How much does it cost to list on Glomad?
Listing an experience is free. Successful customer bookings include a 10% service fee to cover the cost of running our site and services, and a 2.5% transaction processing fee. For more information take a look at our yoga providers page.
What if my experience is free?
There is no charge for listing and taking bookings for free experiences on Glomad.
What happens when I submit my completed experience listing?
Once you submit your completed listing to Glomad we check everything is ok and that all the important information is included for your customers. We’ll also check your provider profile, images, map locations and contact details. Once that’s done we put your listing live and send a confirmation email to your Glomad account email address.
Why do I need a provider profile?
Having a provider profile allows customers access to your background information as a yoga teacher, studio or event organiser. It also allows customers to access all of your current and previous listings on Glomad.
Can I edit a yoga experience?
Once you submit your experience to Glomad the content cannot be modified (except for ticket quantities). For experience content changes, please send an email to
How can I manage my yoga experience?
When it is live, simply log into your account and click “Listings” in the main navigation. From there you can see who has booked your experience, manage and update ticket quantities as well as share your experience on social media.
How will I know when a customer has booked?
When a customers complete a booking for your experience a confirmation email is sent to your Glomad account email address. You can also log into your account at any time and check experience bookings.
How do I get paid?
Currently we support payout via PayPal or direct transfer to your bank account. Payouts are processed 24hrs after your yoga experience finishes, and take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. Enter your payout details to ensure prompt payment after your experience.
